We give priority to startups that meet the following criteria:

1. Focus on the global market with a large potential size.
2. Working on a product and are not an outsourcing service provider.
3. Have the majority of R&D in CEE and Ukraine.
4. Have first paying customers.
5. Received less than $1 million in funding.
